Saudi Arabia Football Federation (SAFF)

The Saudi Arabian Football Federation (SAFF) is a private independent associative organization founded in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on 6 September 1956 (1/11/1375 AH) for an indefinite period. The federation's headquarters are in the city of Riyadh. SAFF is a member of FIFA, the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) and UAFA (Union of Arab Football Associations).
 
Mr. Yasser Almisehal is the President of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation while the General Secretary of the SAFF is Mr. Ibrahim Alkassim.

There are 47 delegates in the General Assembly of the SAFF, apportioned as follows:
  • Sixteen Premier Division delegates, one for each club.
  • Ten Delegates from clubs in the First Division which finished in the top ten in the season preceding the General Assembly meeting.
  • Ten Delegates from clubs in the Second Division which finished in the top ten in the season preceding the General Assembly meeting.
  • Eight Delegates from clubs in the Third Division which finished in the top eight in the season preceding the General Assembly meeting.
  • Three Delegates from clubs in the Fourth Division which finished in the top three in the season preceding the General Assembly meeting.
